I still haven't managed to cut wood without burning it, I have to try more to see what intensity it needs.
The unit took awhile to come due to the holiday/shipping issues, but the store communicated very well and kept me in the loop as to when it would ship. I didn't need it right away, so I didn't mind, especially since the sale price was so good. Came in good condition. Would definitely recommend.
Haven't assembled it yet, but box is complete and the parts look good. I'm looking forward to the assemblage. :-) Delivery was very fast too!

Shipping came fast, took 5 days to Canada.
Easy to setup machine. Bags of screws from step 1 - 5 was a big help. Been testing the machine and learning lightburn software for 4 days now. Great machine .
